Prior to starting Dyson Appliances (Aust.) Pty Ltd back in 1996 we needed strong legal assistance to get started and we chose Michael Solari to help with all legal matters. Michal Solari was the Principal at the time and worked with me both on the business structure and in the preparation of the key contracts between Dyson UK and the ANZ subsidiary.
The ANZ business started in April 1996 and we sent out the first orders in May of that year. Soon after it was necessary to secure sales and service agents for the other states as well as prepare employment agreements, scrutinise retailer contracts plus a myriad of other legal requirements.
